NFC stands for Near Field Communication and consists in a technology capable of connecting two different devices, exploiting a short-range wireless connectivity.
With the EXAScan you can:
- Read the NFC tags
NFC tags are small stickers containing an NFC chip. These can serve different purposes. Typically, an NFC tag can contain the link to a web address or phone number.

- Read the QR codes
Thanks to the combination of white and black parts it is possible to keep in a QR code a very precise number of characters, which are 4296 when they are alphanumeric, well 7089 if instead they are exclusively numerical. Not only that, the algorithm for scanning QR codes also integrates a system of error correction, which allows you to reconstruct, even, 30% of the damaged QR code: this means that a photo not particularly in focus still allows to trace back to the site in question, and makes the whole process very fast, without wasting time.
